Construction is motoring along with ground floor blockwork completed and level 1 suspended slabs being poured this month.
The complex includes one detached unit which is being constructed separately and will form a prototype unit. This unit already has external cladding on and painting underway. Scaffolding will be removed this month, revealing a beautiful modern facade.
Works at Yandina for all 27 units are due to be completed in October 2023.
