Coast2Bay Housing Group is an independent, not-for-profit company committed to providing affordable safe and appropriate homes to individuals and families throughout the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Moreton Bay, Redcliffe and Gympie regions.
We lead the way in developing community and affordable housing by working with our partners in government, the private sector and the community to expand local housing options.
We are registered under the National Registry Framework Community Housing (NRSCH). Coast2Bay manages over 491 dwellings through the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS).
In 2019 at the Sunshine Coast Business Awards we were thrilled to win the Social Enterprise category (Large Organisation).
THE HELP FUND
The HELP fund provides assistance to many of our tenants who often have trouble affording basic essentials such as bedding, crockery and white goods. It also helps with the payment of such things as utility bills and school fees.
All funds will go directly towards helping our tenants and all donations are fully tax deductible.
Since inception of the HELP fund there have been 343 beneficiaries and over $51,000 in essential items supplied.
