Coast2Bay is overseen by an independent, skilled and experienced Board of Directors and Managers with extensive expertise in developing and delivering a range of services for our clients.
He has extensive knowledge of community housing models and practice gained from his work as a Board Director of three community housing providers, and experience in developing and implementing ground-breaking community led programmes that have received wide international recognition.
Ian joined the organisation in 2005 and has over 30 years experience as a commercial Accountant/Financial Controller for medium size companies both here on the Sunshine Coast and in London (UK). Since joining us, Ian has developed his interest and knowledge in Not For Profit Financial Management and Administration.
In addition, as part of his wide range of skills, Ian is also responsible for the the management of information and technology within the organisation.
Lee was appointed permanently to the role in August 2011.
Prior to working with TAASQ Lee had 11 years experience as a Property Manager in the private sector with a company that managed 1500 rental properties.
He has over 20 years of experience across local government, consulting and property development with a particular focus on leading the creation of large-scale mixed use communities.
Mark is passionate about creating strong and sustainable community outcomes.
She has spent considerable time living and working overseas including seven years in Thailand working as the Office Manager of a large property development company.
