Tenant Consultation and Feedback
Coast2Bay aims to provide the best possible housing and housing outcomes for and with its tenants. Seeking consultation and feedback from our tenants is a key priority and we do this though survey’s, which can be completed anonymously if a tenant so wishes.
Tenants who participate in surveys are eligible for our Tenant Incentive Scheme (insert information link to incentive scheme) where they can win prizes and awards.

Tenant Satisfaction Survey – During your Tenancy
The tenant satisfaction survey is used to assess the level of satisfaction from tenants about our service delivery. We use this feedback to improve our service and it is an essential part of developing on-going quality improvement strategies

Tenant Engagement Survey – At the start of your tenancy
All tenants will be given an opportunity at the commencement of their tenancy to complete this survey. This data is collected to understand what your needs and interests are in so we can plan and implement outr Tenant and Community Engagement program. It is also how you become a member of our tenant incentive scheme.
