How do I apply for housing?
Visit our Apply for Housing page to explore your options. Community housing referrals come through the Department of Housing, while affordable housing applications can be made directly with us.
Do I need to be on the social housing register for Affordable Housing?
No, affordable housing is a separate pathway. You can apply directly with us.
I'm in crisis and need help now. What do I do?
If you are in immediate danger, call 000. For crisis accommodation support, visit askizzy.org.au or call the Homeless Hotline on 1800 474 753.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
If you’re a current tenant, call 1300 796 716 or email housingservices@coast2bay.com.au. For after hours emergencies, call 1300 796 716.
