Applicants – Tenant procedure
Coast2Bay Housing Group has 491 properties under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) properties from as far north as Gympie to Taigum in the north of Brisbane..
If you would like to apply for one of our NRAS properties (subject to availability), you will need to do the following:
1. Determine whether you are eligible for affordable housing by making application to the Department of Housing and Public Works.
