This December, Coast2Bay residents came together for a series of festive celebrations filled with joy, laughter, and community spirit.
Public Notification – Lake Macdonald Drive, Cooroy, Development Application Open for Comment
Coast2Bay Housing wishes to inform residents and interested community members that a Development Application has been lodged and is now available for public comment. Coast2Bay plans to develop the site to provide 25 apartments for social housing. These homes will provide accommodation for approximately 35 residents on the Qld Housing Register with an urgent need for housing, including seniors and small families.
Mundai Dja Opens: 18 New Homes for Kabi Kabi Community
October 8, 2025 - Kabi Kabi Aboriginal Housing Corporation and Coast2Bay celebrated the recent opening of Mundai Dja in Maroochydore, marking the completion of a purpose-built housing complex designed specifically for members of the Kabi Kabi Aboriginal Housing Corporation.
Meet Nikita Newley
Nikita Newley is a First Nations artist from Gurang Gurang country, currently living on Kabi Kabi country. Her creative journey started in the simplest way: as a kid, she'd spend hours drawing in her bedroom. Growing up without much, she learnt early on that creativity could turn nothing into something.
