Winners at the 2022 Sunshine Coast Business Awards
We were thrilled to win the Social Impact category (Large) of the Sunshine Coast Business Awards on Saturday November 12th. This is our third win so next year we will enter the coveted Hall of Fame. Great recognition for our organisation and all our community and affordable housing projects.
Beerwah Community Housing Project: Akuna
Thank you to the new Queensland Minister for Housing Meaghan Scanlon and Jason Hunt MP, State Member for Caloundra, along with Sunshine Coast Mayor, Mark Jamieson for officially opening “Akuna”, our 33 new townhouse complex in Beerwah
This vital development is providing homes for many at risk of homelessness including women aged 55+ – Australia’s fastest growing demographic of concern.
Tenant Christmas Party
Our tenants had a wonderful time at our annual Christmas party at Venue 114, Lake Kawana. Tilly Belle and the Doo Wop Dolls provided an entertainment spectacular and all children who attended received gifts from Santa. Thanks to Sunshine Coast Council for helping fund the venue hire for the event.

In November 2019 we won the very competitive Social Enterprise category (Large) at the Sunshine Coast Business Awards – it was a great thrill for all of us
