Tenant Consultation and Feedback
Coast2Bay aims to provide the best possible housing and housing outcomes for and with its tenants. Seeking consultation and feedback from our tenants is a key priority and we provide multiple forms and opportunities for our tenants to engage with us. Here you will find our current surveys, which can be completed anonymously if you wish.
There is also the opportunity to win prizes and awards with some surveys – this will be stated at the opening of each survey.
Tenant Satisfaction Survey – During your Tenancy
The tenant satisfaction survey is used to assess the level of satisfaction from tenants about our service delivery. We use this feedback to improve our service and it is an essential part of developing on-going quality improvement strategies.

Tenant Engagement Survey – update coming soon
All tenants will be given an opportunity to complete this survey to input to our engagement plans and activities. This data is collected to understand what your needs and interests are in so we can plan and implement our Tenant and Community Engagement program. It is also how you become a member of our tenant incentive scheme.
