The home includes a private fenced yard and one dedicated car park space in a shared carport. This home is suitable for couples and small families only.

Who can apply?
To apply, you must:
- Be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident, or hold an eligible visa.
- Be a key worker (Low-income employee in services that are essential, like child care and aged care workers, hospitality, transport, and retail)
- Live in Queensland.
- Not own or part-own property (some exceptions may apply).
- Meet a liquid assets test.
Not earn more than the set household income threshold for the household type, being:
- $72,031 for the first adult
- $79,234 for the first sole-parent
- $20,110 for each additional adult
- $12,065 for each child
