Andrew Elvin
Andrew ElvinChief Executive Officer
Andrew has 25 years experience as a chief executive, executive, manager and development consultant in the not for profit, government, human services, health, community housing, mental health, aged care and disability sectors in the UK and Australia.

He has extensive knowledge of community housing models and practice gained from his work as a Board Director of three community housing providers, and experience in developing and implementing ground-breaking community led programmes that have received wide international recognition.

Jess Knott
Jess KnottExecutive Manager Development
Jess holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Property) and has over 15 years’ experience in the Property industry in Queensland and Western Australia. She has worked with large corporations, government and not-for-profit organisations and has extensive knowledge and skills in residential property development, project management and procurement. Jess joined Coast2Bay in 2021 and is responsible for managing our portfolio of new development projects.

Leilei Poole
Leilei PooleChief Financial Officer
Leilei Poole is a senior finance executive and board director with 15+ years’ experience leading financial strategy, capital planning, and enterprise transformation across government, not-for-profit, and commercial organisations. Before she joined Coast2Bay, she led enterprise FP&A at Airservices Australia, overseeing long-range planning, capital allocation, and profitability frameworks across a $1.2B portfolio, and advising executives and government stakeholders on investment decisions and large-scale transformation.
Vicky Meyer

Vicky holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy (Honours) and Master of Arts in Housing Policy and Practice. Vicky is a highly qualified and experienced human services leader with over 30 years’ experience working across Government, the community and private sectors in Australia and the UK.
