Coast2Bay Housing Group’s & Mix FM’s annual Christmas Appeal is back! Coast2Bay provides homes to vulnerable families from Moreton Bay to Gympie – and many families simply cannot afford gifts for their children this year. Across our homes there are over 500 children we want to ensure wake up to a special present on Christmas morning. So, we would love your help!

Our toy and gift drive ensures every child receives a gift for Christmas and memories to treasure. If you can help share some Christmas magic we invite you to donate now – there are 3 easy ways!

1) Drop a gift into our office

Just bring your gift to the Mix FM studio or Coast2Bay Office Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm. We’re both located in the Kon-Tiki Business Centre at 55 Plaza Pde, Maroochydore.

2) Donate online – we’ll use the funds to purchase Gift Cards for our tweens and teens.

Over half of the children living in a Coast2Bay home are tweens or teens! They’ve told us they love to shop for themselves and pick their own presents – it’s half the fun! If you’d like us to put a Gift Card under the tree, you can donate through our Give Now form below and we’ll purchase teen specific gift cards.

3) Purchase a gift online now

You’ll be redirected to Coast2Bay’s Simply Giving page where you can buy age-appropriate gifts online – they will deliver us the presents and we will do the rest! Buy a toy now.

Donation Guidelines:

  • Don’t wrap your gifts! Please gift bag them if you can, or we will do that.
  • Donations must arrive in time for Santa to get to families so please donate as soon as possible, last gifts to be received by Friday 6th December.
  • Your donation may be the only present a child gets, so please donate new items only.
  • We have close to 200 teenagers, so please consider giving a gift card for clothing, games, movies, sports gear or something age appropriate.

Not sure you have time to deliver a gift?

Take a look at the online giving site or provide a cash donation to our charity through the links above.

Want to purchase a gift and need some inspiration?

We asked our parents what’s on their kid’s Santa lists and some of the most requested items include:

  • Lego sets (for young and older kids).
  • Fishing and outdoor sports equipment.
  • Barbie, Hot Wheels, Squishmellows and Paw Patrol are popular for the younger kids.
  • Make-up vouchers
  • Drawing, arts and craft supplies
  • Monster Trucks and RC cars

Thank you for your support – there will be a lot of happy faces on Christmas morning, and your generosity and kindness will have made this possible.
