It depends on your income and circumstances. Community housing is for people on very low to low incomes or those with specific support needs. Affordable Housing is for low to moderate income earners facing rental stress and crisis housing is for people who urgently need a safe place to stay. Most housing options have eligibility criteria applicants need to meet. Explore our pathways to find out more.

For community housing, all referrals come through the Department of Housing. For affordable housing, you can apply directly with us or join our waitlist.
